Building on our excellent relationship with St John’s College, Savvy Construction are delighted to have secured a contract to refurbish the Grade II Listed Dolphin Quad on St John’s Central Oxford campus. Work involves the removal of Asbestos, the ‘strip out’ of existing mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, the installation of new M&E services and the refurbishment of the interior and exterior elements of the building, including toilet and shower blocks, student bedrooms, fellows’ lodgings and lecture theatres. Work commences summer 2018 and completes winter 2018.
