Savvy Special Projects Secures Refurbishments with All Souls College

Savvy Special Projects has secured two refurbishment projects for All Souls College, in Oxford.

The first is at Pembroke House, where the second floor is undergoing a comprehensive internal modernisation to create a dedicated study area for Fellows. The redesigned space will feature an open-plan layout with new acoustic screening, upgraded lighting and heating systems, improved welfare facilities, and bespoke joinery to house extensive new shelving for books and research materials.

Meanwhile, in Iffley, we are transforming a large existing ground-floor apartment into two self-contained apartments, each with newly fitted kitchens, bathrooms, and modernised living spaces. This conversion will provide additional high-quality accommodation, optimising the use of the property and supporting growing demand.
