Savvy's Maintenance & Renovations division undertook a project for Oxford City Council this summer to demolish dilapidated storage units across three residential sites in the city and replace with 60 eco-friendly new builds. The work included the casting of new foundation slabs, the addition of fully recycled doors and the implementation of rainwater irrigation systems for use on the communal gardens. External seating, landscaping and resin pathways were also added to improve the access and environment for residents.
