Savvy Maintenance & Renovations are undertaking an external refurbishment of 131 High Street Oxford for Lambert Smith Hampton, on behalf of Queen's College. This project poses many logistical challenges given its location on a busy bus route with multiple bus stops to the front of the building. Consideration also has to be given to the busy pedestrian footpath and the need to ensure the shop that occupies the ground floor can continue to trade. The scaffolding has been specifically designed for the task, wrapping around the entire building and straddling the footway. This will provide access for all of the lime render to be replaced and the overhauling of all the windows, rainwater goods and roof areas.
