Savvy Maintenance & Renovations are creating a luxury high-end coffee shop in the heart of Winchester within a Grade II listed building. The project will include lime render, sash window and shop frontage repairs, as well as an overhaul of floors and walls and new windows and signage. New electrical and heating systems will be added and there will be bespoke joinery for the counters and seating areas.
