Grade I Listed Aynhoe Park, set for restoration and conversion works in 2021

Aynhoe Park is a Grade I Listed 17th Century country house rebuilt after the English Civil War, situated on the southern edge of the stone built village of Aynho in Northamptonshire.


Originally built in 1615, this stunning country house is about to undergo restoration and conversion works by Savvy Construction. The Phase One works include a single storey kitchen extension with new gas services, conversion of the existing orangery into a restaurant, refurbishment of the adjacent lounge, customer WC's, alterations to the existing bedrooms and conversion of the existing ‘workshop’ into new staff areas.

The Savvy Team will start on site in February 2021 and the construction period will be 20 weeks. They will be working with the client’s professional team consisting of a Savills Project Manager, DHA Architect, Price & Meyers Structural Engineer, Elementa Services Engineer and Graham Hale & Co Quantity Surveyors.
