Savvy Construction has been invited by SKP3 Limited to deliver a brand new community building in the centre of Chipping Norton for The Branch Trust that works in partnership with St. Mary’s Church. The new Hub will enable The Branch, along with other local charities and statutory services to provide a versatile, multi-purpose community space, with function rooms, meeting spaces and staff offices. Work will include a new two-storey extension to the rear, internal refurbishment to all floors, external repairs and essential drainage and underpinning work.
