Savvy Maintenance & Renovations has created a high-end coffee shop in the heart of Winchester, within a historic Grade II listed building on the High Street. This logistically challenging project included lime render, sash window and shop frontage repairs, as well as an overhaul of floors and walls and new windows and signage. New electrical and heating systems were added and bespoke joinery was used for the counters, shelves and seating areas. The result will be a premium dining experience that ensures a unique atmosphere for customers.
