Savvy is currently undertaking a full refurbishment of Linacre College's Bamborough Building to improve its student accommodation whilst also reducing their impact on the environment. The work comprises complete room renovation, the relocation of the plant room, a loft conversion and the creation of five extra student rooms.
In addition, there will be a Salix-funded decarbonisation of the site, that involves the transfer of four College buildings from gas heating to air-source heating and the installation of new energy-efficient windows and doors throughout the building.
