Working with Verity & Beverley Architects for our client, St John’s College, Savvy Construction were delighted to be awarded a contract to refurbish the Grade II Listed Belsyre Court in Oxford. This architectural gem in the heart of Oxford, built in 1936, provides a unique example of brick Jacobethan styling. Works included the removal and reinstatement of roof finishes on new insulation, extensive façade repairs and cleaning, the removal and replacement of 3 passenger lifts, and the internal refurbishment of large parts of this mixed use residential and commercial building.
