Savvy Maintenance & Renovations secured this negotiated tender in Blackbird Leys, Oxford, for the renovation and re-capping of pond walls. Works also incorporated a new ‘dipping platform’ and additional pathways to allow for improved public access. Savvy devised a buildable solution for this work which would stand up to both the environmental conditions and public use.
